OUR PEAK SEASON RUNS FROM OCTOBER-NOVEMBER & FEBRUARY - MAY
IF YOUR EVENT FALLS WITHIN THESE MONTHS, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING 8-10 MONTHS IN ADVANCE TO SECURE OUR AVAILABILITY.

DO YOU REQUIRE A MINIMUM TO BOOK?

YES - A MINIMUM OF $2500 IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS. THIS EXCLUDES TAX AND DELIVERY.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
YES! MANY OF OUR PROJECTS REQUIRE US TO BE ON SITE FOR DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND PICK UP. A DELIVERY QUOTE WILL BE INCLUDED IN YOUR PROPOSAL.

WILL WE SEE OUR DESIGNS BEFORE THE EVENT?
ABSOLUTELY! ALL OF OUR CLIENTS RECEIVE A DESIGN PACKAGE WITH DIGITAL RENDERINGS OF EACH ITEM IN THE ORDER. EACH CLIENT IS ALSO ALLOWED UP TO 3 ROUNDS OF REVISIONS AFTER REVIEWING THE INITIAL DESIGN.
